A reputable retail store in Nizwa is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate with a passion for providing exceptional customer service. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their purchases, maintaining the store's appearance, and ensuring that all sales goals are met.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and assist them in finding the right products
- Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the store
- Meet or exceed sales goals on a daily basis
- Work collaboratively with team members to create a positive shopping experience for customers

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Salary:
Starting salary of 1600$ per month, with potential for growth based on performance.
