Office Assistant (Part-time)
We are seeking a reliable and organized Office Assistant to join our team in Nizwa. This part-time position is suitable for men who have experience working in an office setting and are looking for a flexible schedule.
As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for performing various administrative tasks, such as answering phone calls and emails, organizing files and documents, and scheduling appointments. You will also assist with basic accounting tasks, such as preparing invoices and processing payments.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, as well as strong time management and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other office software is required. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
This position offers a salary of 1100$ per month and does not include accommodation. However, we are open to discussing options for remote work if necessary.
