We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Merchandiser to join our team in Al Buraymi. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for planning and implementing strategies to increase sales and profitability of our products. You will work closely with the sales team to ensure products are stocked and displayed in an appealing manner.

Responsibilities:
- Develop merchandising plans to promote products and increase sales
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock is replenished as needed
- Create attractive product displays that align with brand standards
- Conduct market research to stay updated on consumer trends and competitor activity
- Collaborate with the sales team to create effective promotions and marketing campaigns
- Build strong relationships with retail stores to ensure products are prominently displayed
- Analyze sales data and make recommendations for improvements

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Merchandiser or similar role
- Strong understanding of visual merchandising techniques
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field
