Restaurant Manager
As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant in Al Buraymi. Your main goal will be to ensure a great dining experience for our customers while maintaining high standards of quality, service and cleanliness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise all aspects of the restaurant, including hiring and training of staff, scheduling shifts, and ensuring proper inventory management.
- Create and implement strategies to increase sales and revenue, while maintaining cost control measures.
- Monitor food quality and presentation, ensuring adherence to company standards.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain a positive working environment by fostering teamwork and providing regular feedback to employees.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
- Work closely with the kitchen team to develop new menu items and improve current offerings.
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment and facilities, coordinating maintenance or repairs as needed.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
- Knowledge of food safety regulations.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred.
Salary: 1500$ (without accommodation)
Location: Al Buraymi (Oman)
