Administrative Coordinator - Mecca, Saudi Arabia
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Administrative Coordinator to join our team in Mecca, Saudi Arabia. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and performing a variety of administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of our company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all administrative tasks including scheduling appointments, organizing meetings, and maintaining records
- Assist with document preparation, drafting correspondence, and managing office supplies
- Handle incoming calls and emails, responding to inquiries or directing them to the appropriate person
- Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for staff members
- Support the HR department with recruitment processes and maintain employee records
- Ensure that office equipment is properly maintained and supplies are stocked
- Perform general clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in an administrative role or similar position
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Knowledge of Arabic language is preferred but not required
