Sales Manager for African Market in Jizan, Saudi Arabia
Our company is seeking a talented and motivated Sales Manager to join our team in Jizan, Saudi Arabia. As the Sales Manager for the African market, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to increase our presence and revenue in the African region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales plans and strategies to meet or exceed targets for the African market
- Build strong relationships with clients and partners in Africa through regular communication and visits
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities
- Prepare sales forecasts and budget plans for the African market
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns targeted towards the African market
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, progress, and challenges to senior management
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in sales, preferably in the African market
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English (knowledge of other languages spoken in Africa is a plus)
- Strong negotiation, networking, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Willingness to travel frequently within Africa for business purposes
We offer a competitive salary of 1300$ per month plus commission based on performance. Accommodation will be provided for non-Saudi employees. This position is open to all nationalities but preference will be given to candidates with biometric passports.
