Job Title: Office Assistant
As an Office Assistant in our company based in Salalah, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our office. Your main responsibility will be to provide administrative support to various departments and assist with daily office tasks. This is a great opportunity for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors, answer phone calls, and respond to emails
- Maintain office supplies and ensure the office remains neat and organized
- Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Prepare documents, reports, and presentations as needed
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
- Liaise with other departments to coordinate projects and tasks
- Perform general clerical duties such as data entry, filing, and photocopying
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Minimum of 1 year experience in an administrative role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) in English
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Biometric passport required
