Office Assistant in Salalah
The Office Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support to the office staff and maintaining a clean and organized office environment. The ideal candidate should have previous experience working in an office setting, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask. This is a contract position with a salary of 1300$ in Salalah.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors, answer phone calls, and respond to emails
- Maintain office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Organize and schedule appointments
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations
- Manage filing systems and update records
- Keep track of office inventory and equipment
- Perform other general administrative duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Previous experience working in an office environment
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Attention to detail is a must
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Must be able to work in Salalah without accommodation
