Administrative Assistant
Location: Nizwa, Oman
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Nizwa, Oman. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role and possess strong communication and time-management skills.
Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative and clerical support
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Organize and schedule appointments
- Maintain contact lists
- Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes, and forms
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory
- Book travel arrangements
- Submit and reconcile expense reports
- Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office admin assistant (minimum of 1 year)
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Salary: 1200$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
