Restaurant Manager
As a Restaurant Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of our restaurant in Khasab. You will be responsible for managing a team of staff, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and maintaining the overall success and profitability of the restaurant.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all aspects of the restaurant, including staffing, inventory, budgeting, and customer service
- Recruit, train, and schedule employees to ensure efficient operation of the restaurant
- Create and maintain a welcoming and friendly atmosphere for customers
- Monitor food preparation methods to ensure quality standards are met
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones
- Conduct regular reviews of menu items, pricing, and promotions to maximize profitability
- Collaborate with other managers to ensure smooth operation across all departments
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards throughout the restaurant
- Handle financial transactions accurately and ensure proper record keeping.
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in a fast-paced environment
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
- Excellent communication skills with both customers and staff members
- Proficient in budgeting, inventory management, and cost control strategies
- Knowledgeable about food safety regulations and procedures
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations with grace
- A customer-oriented mindset with a passion for providing exceptional service
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or related field preferred
- Fluent in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus)
Salary: 1600$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
