Responsibilities:
- Assist in menu planning, development, and execution of high-quality dishes
- Supervise and train junior kitchen staff members
- Monitor food quality, presentation, and consistency
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards and regulations
- Manage inventory and order supplies as needed
- Collaborate with the Executive Chef to create new menus and seasonal specials
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sous Chef or similar role in a high-end restaurant or hotel
- In-depth knowledge of various culinary techniques and cuisines
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train others
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred
