Office Assistant - Part Time (Malayalee Preferred)
We are hiring an Office Assistant to join our team in Jeddah. This is a part-time position, with a salary of 1800$. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office. Your main duties will include managing office supplies, handling correspondence, and assisting with day-to-day tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Manage office supplies and maintain inventory
- Answer phone calls and redirect them as necessary
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Assist in scheduling appointments and meetings
- Prepare documents and reports
- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and data entry
Requirements:
- Fluency in Malayalam is preferred
- Previous experience as an Office Assistant or similar role
- Strong organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Excellent communication skills
