Executive Chef
We are in search of a talented and experienced Executive Chef to join our team in Al Buraymi. As the head of our kitchen, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the culinary operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and create new menu items based on market trends and customer preferences
- Oversee the preparation and cooking of all dishes to ensure consistency in taste and presentation
- Manage inventory and ordering of ingredients to maintain optimal stock levels
- Train, mentor, and supervise kitchen staff to ensure high levels of productivity and efficiency
- Implement strict adherence to food safety standards and regulations
- Collaborate with management to create budgets, set pricing strategies, and analyze profitability
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a high-volume restaurant setting
- In-depth knowledge of various cuisines, cooking techniques, and flavor profiles
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to train, motivate, and provide constructive feedback
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Degree or certification in Culinary Arts or related field is preferred
Salary:
We offer a competitive salary package starting at 1300$ per month. The exact salary will be determined based on experience and qualifications.
City Preference:
While we prefer candidates who are already residing in Al Buraymi or willing to relocate, we are open to considering exceptional candidates from other locations.
