Hotel Sales Manager - Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Riyadh. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue and increase occupancy rates. You will also be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, promoting the hotel's services and facilities, and negotiating contracts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Identify new business opportunities through market research and networking
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, including travel agents, corporate clients, and event planners
- Promote the hotel's services and facilities through presentations, site visits, and familiarization trips
- Negotiate contracts with clients to secure long-term partnerships
- Monitor sales performance against targets and provide regular reports to management
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, revenue management, and operations to ensure a cohesive approach towards achieving sales goals
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Sales Manager in the hospitality industry
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Strong networking skills with the ability to identify new business opportunities
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of market trends, competitors, and industry developments in the region
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is preferred but not required
