Office Assistant - English Speaking (Contract) - Mecca, Saudi Arabia
We are a dynamic and growing company in Mecca, Saudi Arabia seeking an experienced Office Assistant to join our team. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient operation of the office. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills in English and be able to work with a diverse team.
Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Organize and schedule appointments
- Write and distribute email correspondence
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Update and maintain office policies and procedures
- Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
- Maintain contact lists
- Book travel arrangements for staff
- Submit and reconcile expense reports
- Organize and maintain office filing system
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an office assistant or in a relevant administrative role
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
- High School diploma; additional qualifications as an Office Assistant or Secretary are a plus
