We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Salalah. Our restaurant is known for its exceptional food and service, and we are seeking someone who shares our passion for creating an unforgettable dining experience for our guests.

As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant operations. This includes managing the staff, ensuring high quality food and drinks are served, maintaining cleanliness and safety standards, and providing excellent customer service. You will also be responsible for creating work schedules, monitoring inventory levels, and handling any customer complaints or issues that may arise.

The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fine dining setting. A degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or related field is also preferred. Excellent leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage a team are essential for this role. You must also have strong communication skills and be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

As a Restaurant Manager, you must have excellent knowledge of food and beverage operations as well as current industry trends. You should also have experience with budgeting, cost control, and inventory management. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick decisions are also important qualities for this position.

This is a full-time position with a salary of $1600 per month. Please note that accommodation will not be provided with this job offer. Candidates must have their own valid visa to work in Salalah.
