Job Title: Office Assistant (Contract) in Muscat
We are in need of a detail-oriented and organized Office Assistant to join our team in Muscat on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in an office setting, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask efficiently. This position is open to all nationalities.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors and clients with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Schedule appointments and meetings for staff members
- Keep office area clean and organized at all times
- Assist with basic administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and scanning documents
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth operations of the office
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- At least 1 year of experience as an office assistant or in a similar role
- Proficient in basic computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Salary:
The salary for this position is 1300$ per month.
