Sous Chef
We are in need of a skilled and experienced Sous Chef to join our team at a luxury resort in Khasab. As a Sous Chef, you will assist the Head Chef in managing the kitchen operations and ensuring the highest quality of food is served to our guests. Your responsibilities will include supervising and training junior kitchen staff, creating menus, monitoring inventory and ordering supplies, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen. The ideal candidate should have a culinary degree or relevant certification, at least 3 years of experience as a Sous Chef in a high-end restaurant or hotel, strong leadership skills, and excellent knowledge of various cooking techniques and international cuisines. You must also have a passion for creating delicious dishes using fresh, local ingredients. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of 1600$ per month, along with other benefits such as accommodation and transportation.
