Job Title: Contract Construction Manager

A construction company in Al Buraymi is seeking a Contract Construction Manager to oversee and manage various construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of construction processes, as well as excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects, from planning to completion
- Ensure adherence to project timelines and budgets
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols
- Provide regular updates to senior management on project status

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in construction management
- Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and techniques
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Fluent in English; Arabic language skills are a plus
