Office Administrator in Nizwa, Oman
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team in Nizwa, Oman. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to handle a variety of administrative tasks with efficiency and professionalism.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily office operations, including answering phones, scheduling appointments, and responding to emails
- Maintain office supplies and equipment inventory
- Coordinate with vendors for services and repairs
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks, such as invoicing and budget tracking
- Prepare documents and presentations for meetings
- Monitor and update company social media accounts
- Support HR department with recruitment processes
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail
- Ensure office is clean and organized at all times
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Office Administrator or similar role
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Biometric passport required for international travel purposes
Salary:
Starting salary of 1600$ per month without accommodation.
