Administrative Assistant - Nizwa, Oman
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Nizwa, Oman. In this role, you will provide administrative support to ensure the smooth running of our office and assist with daily operations. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in administrative roles and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative support such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing calendars
- Coordinate meetings and appointments, including booking conference rooms and arranging travel when necessary
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Assist with the preparation of documents, reports, and presentations
- Conduct research on various topics as assigned by management
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Maintain filing systems and databases accurately and efficiently
- Ensure the office is kept clean and tidy at all times
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
