Call Center Representative (Indian/Egyptian)
Our rapidly growing call center is seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented representative to join our team in Jeddah. As a call center representative, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and providing them with excellent service. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of 1200$ per month.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls from customers and assist them with their inquiries
- Provide information about our products and services
- Handle and resolve customer complaints in a professional manner
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
- Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality service delivery
- Meet personal/team targets and goals
Requirements:
- Fluency in English (both written and verbal)
- Previous experience working in a call center or customer service role is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Indian or Egyptian nationality preferred (but not required)
- Valid residency permit/visa sponsorship is mandatory for non-Saudi applicants
