Construction Project Manager
The Construction Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing construction projects in the city of Mecca. This individual will be tasked with managing the entire construction process, from planning and budgeting to execution and completion. They will work closely with contractors, architects, and other project team members to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and timelines
- Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans
- Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of materials and completion of work
- Review project plans and specifications to ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and resolve any issues that may arise
- Communicate regularly with project team members to provide updates on project status
- Prepare regular progress reports for stakeholders
- Ensure that all safety protocols are being followed on job sites
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in construction management
- Proficiency in project management software
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and building codes
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Salary: $1100 per month (negotiable based on experience)
City: Mecca
Note: This position is open to all nationalities but proficiency in English is preferred. Part-time opportunities may also be available for qualified candidates.
