Construction Manager
The Construction Manager will oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects in Mecca, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to communicate effectively with a diverse team of workers, contractors, and suppliers. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in construction management, preferably in the Middle East region. Fluency in English is preferred but not required for this position. This is a full-time job with a salary of 1500$. Candidates must have experience in construction and be able to work in Mecca.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate all phases of construction projects according to project specifications
- Manage project budget and schedule, ensuring all deadlines are met
- Communicate with clients, contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure project success
- Monitor progress of construction projects and address any issues that may arise
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations
- Hire, train, and manage construction workers as needed
- Provide regular updates to senior management on project status
Requirements:
- Previous experience in construction management or related field
- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a diverse team
- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of construction processes, materials, and equipment
- Understanding of budgeting and scheduling processes
- Familiarity with safety standards and regulations
- Ability to work full-time in Mecca
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
