Merchandiser for Retail Stores in Salalah, Oman



We are seeking a skilled Merchandiser to join our team and drive sales in retail stores located in Salalah, Oman. The ideal candidate will have experience in visual merchandising and product placement, as well as a strong understanding of consumer behavior and market trends. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for creating attractive displays to promote our products and increase brand awareness. You will also work closely with store managers to ensure inventory levels are maintained and assist with stock replenishment. This role requires a high level of creativity, organization, and attention to detail. Accommodation is not provided for this position.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with store managers to create visually appealing displays that effectively showcase products
- Analyze consumer buying patterns and trends to anticipate demand and adjust displays accordingly
- Ensure all products are accurately labeled and priced
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate with store managers about stock needs
- Assist with stock replenishment and ensure shelves are fully stocked at all times
- Conduct regular store visits to assess display effectiveness and make necessary adjustments
- Stay up-to-date on market trends and competitor activities
- Maintain a neat and organized workspace at all times

Requirements:
- Biometric passport (preferably Omani or GCC national)
- Previous experience in visual merchandising or product placement
- Strong understanding of consumer behavior and market trends
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- High level of creativity with an eye for detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Flexible schedule to accommodate occasional weekend or evening work

Salary:
$1300 USD per month (tax-free)
