Administrative Assistant in Muscat, Oman
We are hiring an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team in Muscat, Oman. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role and will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office. This position offers a salary of 1500$ per month and includes accommodation.
Responsibilities:
- Answering and directing phone calls
- Maintaining office supplies and equipment
- Organizing and scheduling appointments
- Drafting and formatting documents and reports
- Managing incoming and outgoing mail
- Assisting with travel arrangements for staff members
- Coordinating meetings and taking meeting minutes
- Providing general administrative support to the team
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
