Sales Manager - Jizan, Egypt
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Jizan, Egypt. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by developing and executing strategic sales plans. You will also be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and managing a team of sales representatives.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets
- Identify new business opportunities and potential clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction
- Manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance and support as needed
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adjust sales strategies accordingly
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to senior management
- Conduct market research to identify new trends in the industry
- Collaborate with marketing department to develop effective promotional materials
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network with potential clients
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- 3+ years of experience in sales or business development
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Proven ability to build strong relationships with clients
- Knowledge of biometric passport technology is an advantage
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively
