Administrative Assistant
A reputable company in Mecca is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both English and Malayalam with a strong understanding of administrative tasks and procedures. This is a contract position with a salary of $1300, plus visa sponsorship for the right candidate. Women are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general administrative duties such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing calendars
- Organize and maintain files and records
- Schedule meetings and appointments, and arrange necessary logistics
- Manage office supplies inventory and order as needed
- Assist with travel arrangements for staff members
- Create reports, presentations, and other documents as needed
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
Requirements:
- Fluency in English and Malayalam is required
- Proven work experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask effectively
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
