Office Assistant - Khasab, Oman
We are seeking a reliable and organized Office Assistant to join our team in Khasab, Oman. In this role, you will provide administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our office. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a timely manner
- Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock levels and placing orders
- Assist with data entry, filing, and organizing documents
- Schedule appointments and meetings as needed
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in an office setting is preferred but not required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Salary: 900$ per month
Contract job:
This is a contract position with a duration of 6 months. The working hours are from Sunday to Thursday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
