Restaurant Manager
We are currently hiring for a Restaurant Manager to join our team at our busy establishment in Khasab. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service and managing a team of staff.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all aspects of the restaurant's operations including food preparation, customer service, and staff management
- Hire, train, and schedule employees to ensure adequate staffing levels are maintained
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for necessary supplies as needed
- Create and maintain a positive working environment for employees by providing coaching, feedback, and support
- Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed at all times
- Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues in a timely manner
- Collaborate with kitchen staff on menu planning and specials to ensure quality food is served to customers
- Monitor financial performance by analyzing P&L statements and making adjustments as needed to meet revenue targets
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Must be able to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
Salary: 1500$
Location: Khasab
