Call center representative
Call Center Representative in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia
In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients through inbound and outbound calls. As a Call Center Representative, you will serve as the first point of contact for our customers and assist them with their inquiries, concerns, and requests. Your main goal will be to ensure customer satisfaction by providing timely and accurate responses in a professional manner.
Responsibilities:
- Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries
- Making outbound calls to follow up on customer requests or resolve issues
- Providing information about products or services offered by the company
- Handling complaints or escalations with patience and empathy
- Updating customer information in the database
- Meeting call handling quotas to ensure efficient service delivery
- Collaborating with team members to improve overall customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Previous experience working in a call center environment is preferred
- Fluency in Arabic is required
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer knowledge
- Must be willing to work flexible shifts
Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1600$ per month, as well as additional benefits such as accommodation.
