Sales Manager


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Al Buraymi. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to drive results. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of sales representatives, setting sales targets, developing strategies to increase revenue, and building strong relationships with clients.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of sales representatives
- Set sales targets and develop strategies to achieve them
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to upper management
- Train and motivate team members to achieve their full potential
- Develop and implement effective sales techniques and tools
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure overall business success
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitors' activities

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role
- Excellent leadership skills
- Strong understanding of sales principles, methods, practices, and techniques
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Results-driven mindset with a proven track record of meeting/exceeding targets
- Ability to travel as needed

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1000$ per month without accommodation.

Location:
This position is located in Al Buraymi. Applicants must be willing to relocate if not already residing in the city.
