Sales Manager (Nizwa)
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Manager to join our team in Nizwa. As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, and driving growth for our company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead the sales team to achieve sales targets
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to increase revenue and market share
- Identify new business opportunities and potential clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to make informed business decisions
- Train, mentor, and motivate the sales team to ensure high performance
- Monitor sales performance, provide regular reports, and make recommendations for improvement
- Develop pricing strategies based on market research and analysis
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, finance, and operations to ensure successful execution of sales plans
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team
- Strong knowledge of sales principles, methods, practices, and techniques
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is preferred
Salary: 1400$
