Office Administrator
We are a growing company in Salalah seeking a dedicated and organized Office Administrator to join our team. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating administrative tasks and supporting our daily operations. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1400$ per month.
Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails promptly
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Maintain filing systems for important documents
- Assist with payroll and invoicing processes
- Monitor office expenses and handle basic bookkeeping tasks
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth communication and workflow
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Preference will be given to candidates who possess the following:
- Biometric passport for ease of international travel (not mandatory)
- Availability for full-time work without prior experience (training will be provided)
