Part-Time Office Assistant in Nizwa, Oman
We are in need of a part-time office assistant in Nizwa, Oman to support our team with administrative tasks and maintain a smooth functioning office environment. The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to multitask and work independently.
Responsibilities:
- Answering and directing phone calls
- Greeting and assisting visitors
- Managing office supplies and inventory
- Filing and organizing documents
- Data entry and maintenance of records
- Assisting with scheduling appointments and meetings
- Running errands as needed
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as an office assistant or in a similar role preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines efficiently
Salary:
The salary for this part-time position is 1800$ per month.
Working Hours:
This is a part-time position requiring 20 hours per week. The specific schedule will be discussed during the interview process.
Location:
This position is located in Nizwa, Oman. Applicants must have their own means of transportation as accommodation is not provided.
