Hotel Sales Manager - Riyadh, Egypt
We have an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and ambitious Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Riyadh, Egypt. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue and occupancy for our hotel. As a key member of the management team, you will work closely with various departments to ensure that all sales efforts align with the hotel's overall goals.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to attract new business and maintain existing clients
- Conduct regular market analysis and stay updated on industry trends to identify new business opportunities
- Build strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, and other key stakeholders
- Attend industry events and networking opportunities to promote the hotel's services
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient operations and guest satisfaction
- Prepare timely sales reports and forecasts for management review
Requirements:
- Egyptian nationality preferred, but not required
- Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing or related field is preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in hotel sales or a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of local market trends and competitors is an advantage
Benefits:
This is a contract position with a salary of 1800$ per month. Accommodation will be provided by the company, along with visa sponsorship for non-Egyptian candidates. This role is also suitable for students looking for part-time work experience.
