Administrative Assistant
We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Medina. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1100$ per month, and it is open to Malayalees who are fluent in English.
As the Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office and ensuring the smooth operation of daily tasks. Your duties will include managing phone calls and correspondence, organizing and maintaining files, scheduling appointments and meetings, and assisting with various projects as assigned.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in an administrative role, excellent communication skills in English, and strong time-management abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is also required.
This position also includes accommodation for the employee. We are looking for someone who is able to work independently, has a positive attitude, and can handle multiple tasks efficiently.
