Sales Manager - Nizwa, Oman
As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales operations in Nizwa, Oman. Your main goal will be to drive sales and achieve targets by leading and motivating a team of sales representatives. This is a full-time role with a salary of 1100$. You do not need to have any prior experience in sales, but you should possess excellent communication and leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue and achieve targets
- Manage a team of sales representatives and provide them with guidance, training, and support
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth
- Build strong relationships with clients and ensure customer satisfaction
- Analyze sales data and use it to make informed decisions for the business
- Create reports on sales performance for management review
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred
- Proven experience in a managerial position, preferably in sales or customer service
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic would be an advantage)
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Knowledge of market trends and competitor analysis
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and multitask effectively
