Boeing Commercial Airplanes is seeking Manufacturing Engineers to support the 777-8F program located in Everett WA. A successful candidate in this role will have passion creativity and an insatiable desire for process improvement and efficiency. They will also have a strong desire to be out in the factory interacting with mechanics and electricians and directly supporting the production system. They will also be expected to coordinate with teams located at our Global partner sites. Our teams are currently hiring for a broad range of experience levels including Mid-Level and Senior Manufacturing Engineers.
Primary Responsibilities:
Leads Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) in analyzing product development complex producibility studies and production/tooling philosophies.Refines validates coordinates and implements conceptual designs and manages the program architecture for build.Develops manufacturing plans and oversees plan optimization.Conducts complex producibility and variation analyses to ensure that manufacturing process capability matches requirements.Resolves complex technical problems.Serves as a project manager to ensure that contract requirements specifications design criteria and schedule performance are integrated and maintained.Leads advanced design solutions and supports research of new product or business opportunities.Deploys company Lean Enterprise analysis methods.Documents and communicates producibility best practices.

The position must meet Export Control compliance requirements therefore a āUS Personā as defined by 22 C.F.R. Ā§ 120.15 is required. āUS Personā includes US Citizen lawful permanent resident refugee or asylee.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/ Experience):
Bachelorās degree or higher in an engineering course of study.Experience working in an engineering discipline.5 or more years related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
7 or more years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.Ability to collaborate with both domestic and global engineering workforce as well as manufacturing team members on the factory floor.
Typical Education/Experience:
Mid-Level: Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Associate) and typically 5 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+2 years' related work experience).Senior: Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Associate) and typically 9 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. PhD+4 years' realted work experience Master+7 years' related work experience).

Summary pay range:
Mid-Level (Level 3): $96050 - $129950
Senior (Level 4): $117300 - $158700
