Sales Manager
United Plumbing is a local Californian plumbing company specializing in water heater installation and repair.
We are seeking a confident and persuasive Sales manager who excels at engaging potential clients, cultivating enduring relationships with current clients, and driving sustained revenue growth for the company.
Responsibilities:
- Negotiations and conclusion of deals: Negotiating with clients on prices, payment terms and other issues. Concluding transactions and preparing the necessary documents.
- Customer Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring excellent customer service.
- Market Analysis and Competitor Research: Conducting market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities, threats, and market trends.
- Sales Reporting: Generating regular sales reports and analytics to track progress, identify areas for improvement, and inform decision-making.
- Continuous Improvement: Continuously seeking ways to improve sales processes, techniques, and performance through innovation and best practices.
- Develop and implement sales plans and forecasts to ensure the achievement of revenue goals.
Requirements and skills:
- Bachelor’s degree/
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Results-oriented with a focus on achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales management tools in a plus.

Compensation: 6 000.00-10 000.00 USD + bonuses.
