We are looking for a customer support representative/ administartive aide in our Head Office in North York.
You will assist in administrative obligations, neglecting procedures, assist customer issues & needs, plus order monitoring. You will be the factor of recommendation for demands or problems and will be an integral part of the company's labor force.
Responsibilities
Supervise basic procedures
General workplace administrator responsibilities
Assist in purchase buying as well as correctly record stock intake
File expenditures and also hand in reports
Manage the daily/weekly/monthly program as well as prepare brand-new conferences and also visits
Solve some customer service issues (usually rose problems, or supplement when short in consumer solution personnel).
Help the store staff in understanding they may need.
Make sure marketing schedules are appropriately arranged.

Managerial capacities and/or experience.
Tested job experience as an assistant or administrative duties.
